Essential cookies

These keep the product working: Clerk login/session cookies, admin session cookies, GitHub OAuth state cookies, and security cookies. They are required for authentication and cannot be disabled from the product UI.

Optional analytics cookies

If you accept analytics, we set a first-party anonymous session cookie (mindmap_anon_id) and store events such as page views, button clicks, and link clicks. We use this to understand how many users visit, which features are used, and where the product needs improvement.

We do not send form field values, phone numbers, emails, passwords, API keys, or document contents in click analytics events.

Profile questionnaire

To claim bonus credits, users may submit profile information such as real name, phone number, company or workplace, role, website, use case, and a short self-description. Mindmap uses this profile to assess account quality and grant a one-time credit bonus.

We use the submitted profile to determine a one-time bonus of up to 15 credits for your Mindmap account.
